“Chris is an exceptional physiotherapist. He quickly gets to the root of the problem and provides exactly the right support for where you’re in your recovery - then builds on that to help you get back to full health.
Over the past year, he’s guided me through 2 shoulder injuries and sciatica with expertise, encouragement, and a cracking sense of humour.
I love how he takes the time to explain the technical side of what’s going on - so you really understand what’s happening and why.
Thanks to his knowledge and support, I’ve gone from struggling with pain and mobility to swimming again, walking without a limp, and feeling stronger every week.
I can’t recommend Chris highly enough - he’s not just a brilliant physio, but a genuine part of your recovery journey.”

“Chris is the missing part of my puzzle when it comes to competing at podium level for Hyrox competitions in the UK or abroad.
I love how he takes the time to explain the technical side of what’s going on - pointing things out on his skeleton or diagrams around the room - so you really understand what’s happening and why.
He enables me to perform at a higher capacity due to his professionalism and diligence for when dealing with my niggles and aches. 100% recommend!”
★★★★★
“I’ve been seeing Chris for physio for quite some time now, following two frozen shoulders.
Throughout my treatment, Chris has been professional, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable.
He always takes the time to explain everything clearly, and as someone who’s open to trying different approaches, I really appreciate that we explored a range of treatments - from cupping and deep tissue work to ultrasound therapy - all of which have helped in different ways.
Thank you for all your help, Chris!
Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.”
