The story

In My Own Words

Strength dispels fear.

I should probably introduce myself properly. My journey has taken me from serving alongside exceptional people in the 1st Battalion Parachute Regiment and the Special Forces Support Group, through a natural transition into close protection work in hostile environments, to where I am today. Along the way I completed my Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy at York St. John University, the foundation that lets me turn all of that experience into hands-on, 1-1 care. That clinical grounding, combined with my own performance background, has given me the chance to work with multiple elite international athletes, helping them recover, perform and get back to competing at the highest level.

I currently serve in the 4th Battalion The Parachute Regiment as Chief Instructor on Pre P Company. Along the way my focus has shifted. I’m still driven by physical performance, but now just as much by helping people rebuild, recover and thrive, both physically and mentally.

I’m a husband, a dad, and a physiotherapist, proud to support the Catterick, Richmond and surrounding communities.
